Yesterday, I learned the hard way that 'lemonade' means 'lemon/lime carbonated beverage' in Britain. At least one agreed that maybe the American definition of lemonade make more sense, the Americans still lose when it comes to Football. American football...should not be called football.
There was a Psych Social for everyone in the department to mark the end of summer exams. Despite having had only one exam, 2 months ago, the majority of the PRM (psych research methods) group showed up!

I like your new profile pic - what big eyelashes you have!
ReplyDeleteIt is great to meet your co-students. I didn't think it would be such a small group though. That's a big building. The bouncy castle looks like a lot of fun - great shot of you in the air. How are your studies going? Are you going to partake in any of the Jubilee festivities?
The Queen coming to campus was part of the Jubilee tour, so I'm counting that as my partaking in of the festivities. Studies and stuff are going fine.
DeleteAlso, there are a few more people who aren't in this picture. There are maybe 30-40 of us in total, of the 3 Psych masters programs, ours in the smallest.
DeleteAlso, the eyelashes are fake, that's an old pic :)
